N.B.: You will only see your bets and not those of other participating LEO members! 

This contest is organized by Leger Marketing Inc. 

Subject to applicable laws, these rules apply to all aspects of the contest and are binding upon all participants.  


Prize Description 

The contest includes: 

  • 1 prize of 20,000 LEO points

In total, 1 winner will be chosen. 


In the weeks following the draw, the winner(s) will receive an email letting them know that 20,000 LEO points have been deposited into their account. They can then redeem these points for the $20 Uber Eats gift card on the LEO Rewards page


Conditions for Participation

No purchase is required. Limit of one prize per LEO account. 

A LEO account is required to enter the contest. Every time a LEO member answers LEO survey or the Question of the Day, they earn chances that can be bet on this contest. To be considered a participant, the LEO member must bet at least one of their chances on this contest. 


Bets can be placed online on the LEO website or app. To bet one or more chances:   


  1. Go to the LEO contests page on the website or app.  

  1. Click on the (+) symbol, then on “Participate”.   

  1. To remove chances from a bet, click on the (-) symbol, then on “Participate”.  

  1. A bet can be changed at any time before the contest end date.  


The higher the bet, the higher the chance of winning! 

The odds of winning depend on the number of participants who have bet at least one of their chances on this contest. 



To be eligible to participate in this contest, participants must: 

  • Have an active LEO account 

  • Be 18 years of age or older when entering the draw 

  • Be a Canadian resident at the time of the draw 

  • Have filled out their LEO profile 

Leger Marketing Inc. employees, including its advertising and promotional agencies, as well as employees of the suppliers of the prize or those of another party directly or indirectly involved in the contest, including their family members and the people with whom they reside, may not participate in this contest.  


Deadline for Entries

The contest will take place from November 15th, 2022, at 00:01 (Eastern Time) to November 21th, 2022, at 23:59 (Eastern Time).   


Designation of the Prize Winner (Location, Date and Time)

The draw will be held at 507 Place d'Armes, Suite 700, in Montreal, on November 22th, 2022 at around 12:00 p.m., Eastern Time, via the Leger Marketing Inc. panel management system, in accordance with the conditions of participation set out in these rules.  


Method Used to Notify Winner

The winner will be informed by e-mail about being selected in the draw and the prize they have won within 48 hours following the draw.  

We use the email address to contact our contest winners. 


Information that the Winner Must Provide to Receive their Prize

The winner must provide the information requested to validate their identity within 365 days of receiving the email informing them that they won the contest. The winner can reply directly to this email. If the winner has not responded after 365 days, they forfeit the prize.  

Should the winner fail to respond, Leger Marketing Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to conduct a new draw to award the prize.  In the event that Leger Marketing Inc. decides not to hold a new draw, the prize will simply not be awarded. 

After the necessary verifications are complete, the winner will be declared an official winner. 


To obtain their prize, the winner must: 

  1. Confirm their first and last name. 

  1. Confirm their full address. 

  1. Confirm their date of birth. 

  1. Correctly answer the following skill-testing question: (25+15) x 5 – 100. 

  1. Send us a picture of themself that contains the page attached to the email they receive (which informs them they have won a contest) to demonstrate the authenticity of our winners to other LEO members. The winner may be recontacted if the image is non-compliant. 

By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes Leger Marketing Inc., the contest organizer, and LEO to use the winner’s name, address (only their first name, the first letter of their last name, and their city and province of residence will be included), photo, image, or any statement related to the contest for promotional purposes, without any form of compensation. The winner’s name will be posted on LEO’s website and social media.   


Receiving the Prize

The winner will receive their prize via email.


General Information

Leger Marketing Inc. is exempt from any liability in the event of lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, incomplete or improperly forwarded registrations, of viruses on the website or computer bugs during the contest, network outages or technical problems with the phone line, computer systems, servers, the Internet access service providers, or problems with installations or computer material or software, or any e-mail error or transmission delay, or any other electronic transmissions transmitted by or to Leger Marketing Inc. or its agents as a result of any technical problems or congestion on the Internet or on any other website, or any of the above mentioned factors in combination, including any injury or damages caused to a participant or to any other person associated with computers or as a result of participating in the contest, including using the contest website or the transmission and reception of e-mails. 

Without restricting the scope of the contest rules, Leger Marketing Inc. reserves the right, at its entire discretion (subject to approval, if applicable, by the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux du Québec), to modify, suspend or terminate the contest, in whole or in part (and, at its discretion, to name one or more winners among the registered participants) if, for any reason whatsoever, in the opinion of Leger Marketing Inc., and at its discretion, the contest did not progress normally, notably because of falsification, an unauthorized human intervention, fraud, violation of the contest rules, errors or technical malfunctions or a virus, computer bug or any other cause that could alter the security and the administration of the contest or adversely affect it.  

Leger Marketing Inc. reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. In the event the prize is unavailable, Leger will send the most comparable model available.  

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website, to obtain unauthorized access to another person’s computer, or to adversely affect the good functioning of the contest is a legal infraction, and, in the event of a person making such an attempt, Leger Marketing Inc. reserves the right, not only to disqualify this person from the contest, but also to fully exercise its right to remedy in damages under the law, including, if deemed necessary, criminal proceedings.  

The personal information obtained on contest participants is used solely for the purposes of the contest and to participate in other potential online surveys with or without remuneration. Any litigation with respect to the conduct or organization of this contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ) for a ruling. Any litigation with respect to the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
